  1. I get so much resistance and even snide remarks about peeling peppers before cooking them. If you learn to use the peeler it is so easy and fast and, what is important, it is so much more enjoyable to eat peppers that have been cooked without their unpleasant peel. Thank you for always catching on right away to what I do.
