  1. I don’t like to characterize any preparation as my favorite because I never published a recipe if I didn’t really like it. But I’ll allow myself to say, there is no vegetable I make that surpasses this fried finocchio. Thank you for keeping the faith Palma. It’s a pity isn’t it about all those unmentionable concoctions that have given frying a bad name.

  2. Beautiful. I have to try this recipe. I love fennel and I am trying to convince the extended family. Maybe this will do it!!
