  1. Irene, you take me back so many years. I used to teach the pasta roll long, long ago, and I taught it so many times that I stopped making it at home. Thank you for reminding me. It is so good, and not really complicated. It’s a work of assemblage. Brava, Irene, it looks delicious as it should.
